Habeeba Waseem is a corporate and transactional lawyer who graduated from Kinnaird College for Women University in 2021 with a degree in BA (Hons.) LLB. She has expertise in providing legal advisory services for numerous transactions encompassing both local and international clients. She has worked on a range of corporate matters including, syndicated conventional and Shariah compliant financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other regulatory matters. She also has experience in advising and assisting on real estate transaction and REITs.

Mr. Usman has also worked at British Institute of Human Rights and Addison & Khan Associates in London during his LLM at Queen Mary University of London. He has also been invited to deliver expert lectures on law at the Chicago, Melbourne, Cambridge, Punjab University Law College and Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM). Mr. Usman has also participated in legal discussions at the University of London, Kings College London, UCL, LSE, University of Chicago, NYU, Cambridge, and Oxford. His areas of practice are Civil law, Arbitration, International Law, Banking and Corporate Law. Mr. Usman is a legal advisor to PEMRA and regularly appearing before the Honorable Lahore High Court on behalf of PEMRA.
